"Comfortable bed and a reasonably equipped kitchen - and a lovely hottub with privacy when you close the doors to its cabin so you're not overlooked by neighbours. Bus stops are genuinely just a few minutes walk away, with frequent & reliable buses to Brighton or Eastbourne. Great local shop for all your essentials, and a charming little coffee shop in the park. Greatly enjoyed staying here as a base for exploring Brighton and a mid-week getaway; shops, museums, costal walking, and hot tub soaking all easily met!"
